orc commander journal

Hi
I know there is a quest for the journal from west caves (ogre halfing) but not in my quest list
I have the journal but not sure who I need to speak to or how to get quest

Any help appreciated

You need to speak to both the human and orcs, and both commanders give you the quest. You can then decide who to side with.

I have spoken to both and given missing part to orcs
Now if I speak to humans just get traitor still not sure what to do with journal

There is another orc in the orc compound who asks you to go and get the journal.

It'll be this quest:

Quest: 532 – Orc Commander (quest 533 on completion)
Location: Map 4, 0 – Orc Fortress
Needed Level: 150 – Due to other quests
Needed Quest: 503
Quest Log: Retrieve the journal from the cave west of the Orc Camp.
