Equipment for a pet

How about creating pet gear?
Here is my idea:
The equipment will be 1 (artifact) it will work on 2 pets!
The artifact has no level limit and anyone can wear it!
Artifacts will be of different types and strengths, for example:
Artifact rank 1 - 5% pet regeneration rate! the chance to get from the quest is 50%.
Artifact Rank 2 - 10% pet regeneration rate! chance to get 10%.
Artifact rank 3 - pet regeneration speed 10% and resistance 5%! chance to get 4%.
Artifact rank 4 - pet regeneration speed 10%, resistance 5%, DEX 2! chance to get 1%.
Artifact rank 5 - pet regeneration speed 10%, resistance 10%, DEX 5! chance to get 0.5%!
