Not a lot different than the Mithril in Hobbs Goldmine right beside the NPC needed for a quest. Always someone grinding huge amounts of worms there. Makes it difficult to mine or do the quest there.
My point there in HGM is worms spawn in more than one area. They could go elsewhere. But it is what it is. And in that tunnel there have always been worms in that one room. Made difficult on purpose would be my guess.
Or the ogres in the West cave just south of Hobbs Gold Mine.
Mithril in the Silverwood mine is exactly the same. At level 75 I made it in and died a few times because someone came into the room and started grinding the Red Cyclops. I had to learn to live with it.
There have been times I have been mining peacefully in 163.163 and someone comes in and starts mining and 'creating' a spawn to get XP. Then when he was full ducked into his house right there in the mine, crafts his ingots and comes out and starts again. So it is not always someone that doesn't have a house there. It's someone that wants to grind there while mining.
If you have a house there, you knew the worms were there. Reminds me of someone who buys a house right beside an airport and then complains about the noise and lobbies to have the airport moved.
Case in point - buying a house and someone is mining/grinding.
