I've seen some other posts or mChat comments where Akkilles (I believe) pointed people towards the GM application. I suppose state that you are interested in the IGM and not the GM. That's my take on it at least

I'm all for the idea though. If nothing else it may free up GMs from some things.

Yes this is true. GM application is the only way to apply for IGM.
These individuals / helpers have what it takes to carry out punishment and which the GM'S has great confidence in.
They have a great understanding of the rules, which is also an important requirement.

Just like other requirements.
These individuals (IGM) should not have enemies in the game and not favor others.

These helpers have been given an important role, which you can read in combatant's description on the first page. viewtopic.php?t=18992

Like GM, these individuals work voluntarily and must not be forced into stress.
We are so grateful for their help and I hope that all players will give them the same respect that we in the GM team get from players. Because they deserve it.

I want to clarify regarding IGM. These helpers are to be respected just like a GM.
IGM falls under rule 0 and you as a player must obey and respond when you receive requests from an IGM.
