Color name

There is new paid item which can be used to color name.
Please don't use the colors reserved for GM.

If someone paints the name in red, everyone will try to attack!
Also, someone accidentally kills and gets the status of "outlaw"

if i walk on snow .... noone will see my name
If i walk on desert ... noone will see my name
and so on.
