Where him?
Can you elaborate on the quest guide a little more? Whether you refer to the approximate coordinates in the quest, this game is too unfriendly.

It looks like you are in the portal maze. The next dungeon down has the cave entrance to the spectral walker.
Try inspecting around 150:150......north of the portal that goes up out of the dungeon of doom...50/....
