Can paid item popups be removed every time i change map? 5days of running around with a private house item while waiting for it and every time i change map it tells me to use it; is it even how private house item works?
Also, can the description of private house item be changed to say the current way to use it; and remove the use button from it, whatever it does

I agree. If you buy an item you don't have to be continually reminded to use it! 
Seriously, people buy items and hold them for weeks maybe intending to sell them in game for gold. I say disable the reminder or make it a one time notice like "you have just purchased an item, enjoy!".
