I merged the current rules 1 and 2 into one rule, added an additional rule in case of unforeseen situations and deleted rule 14 as unnecessary. Mateusz said that it is forbidden to interfere with clan maps, so let anarchy reign there. New Rule 1 will be an official statement that GMs can legally intervene and fix unusual problems in the game. And the rules in some places have additions from the OV rules, they are optional and their addition to the main text can be discussed
Rule 0
These rules are the requirements of the game administration (game clan GM [ list of other GM clans ]). Do not ignore the requirements of the administration, always listen to what they tell you.
If a representative of the administration approaches you, you must always answer. If you do not understand what is being said to you, simply write "I do not undestand" and a representative of the administration will try to use a translator to communicate with you. However, even if you do not understand the administration's warnings, you can still be punished for violating the rules. It is the players' responsibility to know the rules and follow them.
Rule 1
Maintaining order in the game.
Occasionally, incidents occur in the game that are not covered by the current game rules, but they cause serious problems in the game and must be stopped. The administration reserves the right to decide which cases fit this rule and what punishment should be applied depending on each case
Rule 2
Use a secure but memorable password!
You don't want your character to be captured by another player after you've spent time developing your character? Believe me, there are players who try to guess passwords for other people's accounts. The game administration will not be able to help you if your account is lost if you used a simple password that is easy to guess/guess. At a minimum, a secure password must be at least 8 characters long, include letters and numbers, and must not match your personal information.
Also, a secure password will not help if you share it with anyone. Keep your password secret!
If your account was stolen after you shared your password with another player, the administration will not be able to return your account to you. The administration will only be able to block a stolen account and/or initiate a password change to a secret one if you know the last password and immediately reported the theft. After this, you will need to recover your password and regain your ability to play
Rule 3
All accounts are punished separately!
Regardless of which player used the account, the account will be punished. That is, if another player violated the rules by playing with your account, the account will be punished, even if you prove that you are the owner of the account.
Rule 4
If a player constantly breaks the rules, then all his accounts may be punished!
This rule can cancel the rule 3! The player will usually receive a warning before the rule is applied! Accounts will be identified by IP address.
Note 1: If you use a proxy server to hide your real IP address and break the rules, your account may be blocked both on the forum and in the game. This applies to all your accounts.
Note 2: We know that an IP address is not always a unique identifier for a player online, but it is the best way. We will deal with errors on a case-by-case basis.
Note 3: In some special cases, the rule may be applied without warning.
Rule 5
If you find an error when making in-game purchases for real money, or have not received the paid product, please notify the administration within 7 days!
When you make purchases through the app store, in some cases there may be a delay in receiving the paid item. Please wait 24 hours after paying for the item before contacting the administration. Although rare, sometimes shopping services fail and we are unable to fix it. You must report such a problem to one of the administrators using a private message on the forum (see also rule 11). The letter must also indicate the exact name of the account and the purchase code (GPA code or other), which can be viewed in the purchase history of the service through which you made the payment
Rule 5b
Real money purchases are prohibited.
It is very likely that you may be approached by another player offering to buy something for real money. The administration is not responsible for any problems associated with such trading transactions, and they are prohibited in the game. The seller will be penalized for this and the transaction will be canceled
The seller of something for real money is punished according to this system:
- First offense -> Imprisonment for 30 days
- Second offense -> The guilty character is permanently imprisoned
- Third offense -> All player characters are permanently imprisoned
Rule 6
Transferring accounts and devices to other people is PROHIBITED!
The administration of the game is not responsible for any trade transactions or transfer of accounts and devices. Game values lost in this case will not be restored!
All accounts and devices belong to only one person who first used them. Sharing them with anyone is strictly prohibited. Sharing accounts or devices between friends or family members may be considered a serious violation and punished more severely than for a first offense because it is difficult to ensure that the rules will not be broken again.
Factors such as account hacking solely for the purpose of looting valuables or clan may be considered as mitigating circumstances. The thief will be deprived of stolen valuables and punished
Any information about the transfer of an account or device in chat and other official game resources may lead to punishment
Accounts and devices that were transferred to anyone are punished according to this system:
- First violation --> (one month jailing) & (50% level reduction)
- Second violation --> the guilty character is permanently jailed
- Third violation --> all characters of the player are permanently jailed
Rule 7
It is forbidden to use third-party programs!
It is strictly forbidden to use any third-party software such as auto-clickers and so on to gain an advantage or any macro is not tolerated
If you abuse such a game, you will be punished:
- First violation --> imprisonment for 30 days and a loss of 50% of the character's level
- Second violation --> the guilty character is forever imprisoned
- Third violation --> all player characters are permanently imprisoned
Note 2: If the game client is hacked and upgraded in order to gain any advantage, all player accounts will be punished forever and he will be denied access to the game.
Rule 8
It is forbidden to abuse a glitch or a bug
If you find game bugs and abuse them, you abuse all players, who have to work hard to build their characters! The punishments can be severe, especially, if you repeat your behavior!
On the other hand, we are very happy about players who care not only for their own advantage, but for the game itself. If you find a glitch or a bug, you can report it to a gamemaster via PM or public on forum. We reward reports, because you've helped to improve the game!
Rule 9
Interfering with other players
It is prohibited to interfere with other players as follows:
- 1 Spamming of clan invitations or friend request (more than 3 per minute);
- 2 Sending a large number of trade offers (more than 3 per minute) when you are not asked for it (especially for large sums);
- 3 Blocking the passage;
- 4 luring mobs on other players;
- 5 Other actions that create problems for the player (In particular, the targeted killing of other people's mobs in order to stop the farm, and so on);
- 6 Multiple attempts in a row (more than 2 times) to kill a player (within an hour). The player must initially come to your farm from afar and make assassination attempts (either he must kill you, or you must kill him);
- 7 Prevent players from completing quests. Access to any objects with which quest dialogue occurs must be open and mob farming must be stopped for 3 minutes at the request of the player (or until he leaves);
- 8 Intentional use of a very weak weapon against a powerful opponent for more than 30 seconds with the aim of hindering the player;
- etc.
Points 3, 4 (you still cannot kill pets), 5 can be resolved during clan wars and for a short period of time (no more than 5 minutes for one action and with a limit of 20 minutes per day for the entire clan)
Point 6 are fully permitted during a clan war. A clan war can be considered any confrontation between players who are currently members of a clan
Points 3-6 are allowed at any event within 20 cells around the NPC, quest object or mob associated with the event. But you can’t collect mobs around the map and set them on the player/pet, and you can’t block the exit from the event site
Point 3 is allowed on clan maps
Violators of this rule will receive minor penalties. These penalties may include a multiple day jail sentence, forfeiture of items, money, and experience. Repeat offenders, or more serious violations may be punished more severely.
If you come across players who interfere with others, be sure to inform the administration. We will take care of them!
OV version of this rule
Rule 9
Interfering with other players
It is prohibited to interfere with other players as follows:
- 1 Spamming of clan invitations or friend request (more than 3 per minute);
- 2 Sending a large number of trade offers (more than 3 per minute) when you are not asked for it (especially for large sums);
- 3 Blocking the passage;
- 4 luring mobs on other players;
- 5 Other actions that create problems for the player (In particular, the targeted killing of other people's mobs in order to stop the farm, and so on);
- 6 Using multiple accounts to kill players with the intent of ignoring outlaw status (during the day);
- 7 Attacking a player while farming with the goal of reducing health to at least 30% and not killing him, but at the same time being close to this player. If the ammo runs out, you need to write about it in the chat and leave;
- 8 Multiple attempts in a row (more than 2 times) to kill a player (within an hour). The player must initially come to your farm from afar and make assassination attempts (either he must kill you, or you must kill him);
- 9 Prevent players from completing quests. Access to any objects with which quest dialogue occurs must be open and mob farming must be stopped for 3 minutes at the request of the player (or until he leaves);
- 10 Intentional use of a very weak weapon against a powerful opponent for more than 30 seconds with the aim of hindering the player;
- etc.
In this case you will be punished.
Points 3, 4 (you still cannot kill pets), 5 can be resolved during clan wars and for a short period of time (no more than 5 minutes for one action and with a limit of 20 minutes per day for the entire clan)
Points 7 and 8 are fully permitted during a clan war. A clan war can be considered any confrontation between players who are currently members of a clan
Points 3-6, 8 are allowed at any event within 20 cells around the NPC, quest object or mob associated with the event. But you can’t collect mobs around the map and set them on the player/pet, and you can’t block the exit from the event site
Violators of this rule will receive minor penalties. These penalties may include a multiple day jail sentence, forfeiture of items, money, and experience. Repeat offenders, or more serious violations may be punished more severely.
If you come across players who interfere with others, be sure to inform the administration. We will take care of them!
9.b
Harassment
False reports of violations of this rule can also be penalized.
Keep in mind that by joining a faction, you must understand that you accept the risk of forced PvP. In these cases, you always have the option to leave your faction. Also, during the interaction of clan players, the points of this rule concerning the extortion of any valuables to conclude peace and some types of threats do not apply. For example, a player in a clan may threaten to kill or begin to mock players of another clan with permitted methods (Read the rules of the game carefully to determine what types of bullying are acceptable for clan warriors)
This rule deals with excessive abuse of rules 9 and / or 10 and may include: defamation (including using a similar name or faction name), humiliation, threats to the player, extortion, blackmail, excessive messaging with the player, excessive bullying of the player and, in general, an excessive violation of rule 9.
Anyone violating this rule may be punished under rule 9, or possibly a heavier penalty if the offense is excessive.
Note 1 :: There is also a special outlaw system in the game. It automatically regulates out-of-clan pvp, so reports of such a murder are not processed by the game administration.
Rule 10
Chat Language!
Any offensive, cursing, insulting, racist, sexist, sexual or any other form of offensive language to any group or individual, whether race or gender, nationality or religion, will be considered as chat abuse and the player will be punished. This also extends to offensive faction names or character names. External issues, like politics, celebrities, world events, and any other inflammatory subject can be punished as well. Slightly altering an inappropriate word or phrase in order to defeat the chat filter is strictly forbidden, and is subject to punishment. As said above, do not feed the trolls! If you start to swear back or if you provoked the other player, you will also get your penalty! Just report them to the gamemasters and they take care of the abusers.
Note 1 :: There is a slight tolerance for offensive public chat: a small curse, not pointed at anybody, should not end in a mute. Please always think about using PM or faction chat to avoid problems here.
Note 2 :: This rule is more relaxed, in faction chat. Also, even if done via PM, or a letter, you may still be reported, if you offend another player; so be careful.
Rule 11
Contacting staff!
If you have to contact a staff member, contact only ONE PERSON at once. If you contact multiple members at once, your case will be ignored. The preferred method to contact staff is by forum PM. Some GMs, may offer other methods, such as FaceBook, but this is their individual decision.
Note 1 :: We set this rule, because some players ask multiple times to...
a) enhance their issue by spreading their issue within the team or
b) try to have at least one GM allowing their request.
This is abusive, because it multiplies the workload for the team.
Note 2 :: If the contacted GM does not respond within 3 days, you can contact another one. In these cases, multiple contacting will not lead to ignoring you.
Note 3 :: It is possible, that you may disagree with a GM's decision. If this is the case, you should carefully read the game rules, and the staff rules; if you still wish to dispute the decision, you may contact ONE admin (green name) on the matter. Please include, the name of the GM you dealt with, the incident and the decision made, the OV time/date this happened, and the rule(s) you wish to quote. Admins take such accusations seriously, and will look into them promptly.
You should note, repeated accusations may get you ignored (or even punished), if found to be unfounded. Admin decisions are final, and not open to debate.
Note 4 :: In contacting the staff, be sure the answer you are looking for is not already present in Forum Rules or Game Manual.
Rule 12
Referral bonuses
The referral program's aim is to attract new players.
Creating characters with a single purpose of receiving bonus levels is considered game mechanics abuse, and may be punished by removing those bonuses and deleting the 'spam' accounts. Repeat offense may be punished more severely, including but not limited to: jailing main character and/or subtracting additional levels from it.
Rule 13
Playing AFK
The game "AFK" ("Far from the keyboard", that is, not paying attention to the game and its events, even if for a short time) can be offensive to the game and other players. This behavior is prohibited if at this time you are performing any action useful for your character (mainly farming mobs). If you are found to have violated this rule, you will be punished.
The game also has automatic generation of special messages that block the entire game interface until the player takes an action that the message text requires of him. If a player ignores this message within 30 seconds from the moment it is displayed on the screen, the server will automatically kick the player from the game and place his nickname in a special list of AFK players. A player who reaches 10 entries in this list will be punished (entries are cleared on the 1st of every month).
Violators of this rule are punished according to this system:
- 1 violation --> imprisonment for 7 days and a loss of 15% of the character's level
- 2 violation --> imprisonment for 30 days and a loss of 25% of the character's level
- 3 violation --> permanent conclusion of the account
