Killing pets in clan maps it's normal now. But killing them multiple times out of clan maps it's forbidden.
Tiger jailled more than 10 times for killing pets . And finely they perm him for that reason. I think you are wrong he didn't out.
If he out it's mistake for sure.

Having said that, the rules should apply equally to everyone. Not to be privileged players. The russ/latino enemy side threatened me many times with raport, just because I killed them in regular pvp.
Trying to convince you that it's you who break the rule, and after they ask for a pet, to not to raport u. Its like a setup and blacmail.
They even made a senseless report, which should be punished as such.
Allso they have nasty tricks to make situations to make u feel bad, like u break the rule, and doing preasure on u.
On the other hand, multiple pet killers were released from prison. The double rules are obvious.

for a permed acc that you actually lose 100% of lvls, should be punishednif so, more than 33%, atleast 40% maybe even 50%, still better rhan starting from 0
