Lol. Considering that Narcotic, like most of Local's accounts, was "low level" by today's standards, it'd probably be relatively easy for him to make a new account to build up. In fact, unless all his accounts got jailed, he's probably got accounts still that could carry his newer accounts up far enough to match Narcotic in no time.

However, unless you build them up incognito, I recommend PvP protection and not joining any clans, otherwise you won't be making it far. Aside from those who remember you and would hunt you, many of the hyper-lvls (we have 20k players now) would kill your low alt just as fast as they would anyone else.

Hurry up and build, little man. Might give me a reason to come back if I could find you...
