December of 2023 I joined the GM team to help the game not fall apart and die. At the time SrGM RevenShas was the only member and was inactive majority of the time, I threw my hat into the ring to try and keep the game going, remove the rule breakers from the game. I struggled early on as a GM, being one isn't easy as crazy as it seems. Its been a stressful year being a GM even when I took a break in June-August to join the military. But as a GM I believe personally I helped many people, did many things that I hope where all for justice, and helped the future of the game. Not every GM is perfect and we all make mistakes. If you think I truly truthfully wronged you, then I'm sorry, I haven't been a perfect GM like I wish I could have.

As my time in the GM team I have learned a lot of lessons, many good and many bad. I've learned a lot about how players think, act, and how to help them. Now it doesn't seem as important as it does in the moment, being a GM is a great life experience. The more i think about it the more it surprises me that this little mobile game can change me as a Man and make me think completely differently. I have helped a lot of people as a GM and hurt even more, however you hurt yourself if you broke the rules and I am glad I am the one who punished you. I encourage players to apply to become one, being a GM is both the best and worst decision you can make in FT as I was told multiple times(that person knows) the GM team will support you if you become a GM and will coach you all the way, I just hope that you get the correct support and are never left out in the open to fend for yourself. Because the GM Team is a TEAM, not a single persons actions, everything needs to be worked out together and everyone needs to be on the same page

Lately I have felt separate from the team, that I was weighing them down and making them less effective, being a GM has taken its toll on me and drags me down, which is the point of this message. I Galbatrox, have decided to step down and retire from the GM team. As soon as some of you read that I bet your throwing your hands up and praising your god for me leaving, and for those players, your time will come. As for the rest, if there are a rest, are saddened by me retiring, but this is my choice and I have decided and the rest of the team support that, I am excited to put down my GM hat and retire, continue playing the game and making more friends, new enemies, and enjoying the game again

So, in that note, I say goodbye to you all as a GM and hello again to you all as a player. And I hope you all can see me as a person too. No longer a GM.

My final message as a GM, and thank you everyone, especially the team for believing in me.

I think we can all agree, that it is really sad how good respectable people join the GM team, and for both fair and unfair reasons end up being hated, despite doing so with the best of intentions.

I want to thank you for all the good you've done for the game and for the players when they've needed you (paying tribute to all the good you've done they don't see can be hard) but the GM team has seen it and we're grateful for it.
Then I also want to thank you above all for your sacrifices. Despite the good things you have done, you have received treatment beyond the most hateful attacks from some players (which was not acceptable).
You held strong against these borderline behaviors (sometimes you are hated and in other contexts you are liked) and gained experience from this. Experiences that will certainly help you in life, I can guarantee that.

This game becomes part of your DNA, for some they grow and become a better self and others like a genetic disposition to disease brings out the worst in some. A GM is like a type of physician who sometimes to heal has to first cut out and treat with strong medicine what is wrong. I have the greatest respect for you and all our other GM physicians that try to keep things healthy. And thanks for your service in the military!
