Considering the quest tells you island of blitzbee, its easy to see the confusion. Knowing the difference between and island and peninsula is pointless for players.

Yes... the mission name must be changed using the correct words or the misunderstanding will continue.

The quest specifies Lightning Blitzbee Island already.
