I want to be clear that all reports should initially be submitted to the forum. Once a GM has responded to the report, you may provide more detailed information if needed. This can be done privately, but not before the formal report has been written and submitted on the forum.
The reason for this is to ensure that all players are treated fairly. No one should be allowed to jump ahead with their reports.

Many players do not understand the purpose of Rule Number 1 in our game rules. Let me explain briefly. For many years, players in various situations have accused the GM team of being biased, favoring others, and being unfair. The requirement to initially submit reports on the forum was introduced to minimize these accusations. Despite this, players continue to send private messages, that is, their reports, directly to us. This is not the correct procedure, and it is clearly stated in Rule Number 1. I understand the situation where a player wants to report someone for using autoclick, or fears that the reported player might see the report too early, which could make it harder for us to take action. In such cases, it may seem reasonable to send the report privately. However, we have been forced to change this guideline. Because what is worse for us? That we temporarily miss catching someone who cheats for a short period of time or that those of us working with the players continue to be accused daily of being biased, unfair, or favoring others? You know what, I rather pick my second option. It ultimately comes down to having a sustainable working environment for the GM team, and that is what I must prioritize first.
