I would like to report an issue regarding my account key1908. I am currently working on a quest, but one of the rebels is not speaking to me

I have already spoken to two other rebels without any problems, but this particular one refuses to interact with me, which prevents me from progressing in the quest.

If I'm not mistaken, after each conversation with a rebel, you need to go to the Proditor and he'll tell you where the next rebel is. Only then can you talk to the next rebel.
