Meteor tools quests

Which one are you missing?

Fishing Rod: is easy, NW corner of Map 0.-3

Meteor Hammer: On the East side of Ardesia, South of SellSword's house, 4 blue-black buildings. I think it is the top right (NE) one.

Meteor Pick Axe when you enter HGM from the portal near your Ardesia house Go down towards the entrance and then head west to the next map, you'll have to no north to get to the entrance to the next map. Than head South West until you come to the blacksmith shop. That's him in his shop.

Meteor Wood Axe. South on my house in Ardesia there is a "clan crafting" building, go in there. It's the one by the fence around the centre castle.

Hope my rememberer is working.

OR: Log in to test server and use /go and BINGO!

Meri - let me know if you need help gathering materials for these meteor tool quests. It's not easy. I had great help and that made it far quicker.

i have done the meteor quests with now 3 accs and unlocked all crafts with them.
It has taken long time and its a lot work if you do it alone.
Idk how long it has taken all.

But at 1st its a lot work to unlock the HobbsMine for entering the room where the crafter is.

I think i have the walktrough on my YouTube-Chanel.
It was long time ago i done the mines with the all accs i done the ToolsQuests now.

To enter the Room where we can get the pick4 we need a key.

I dont remember what key it was, i taken all what i have with me on keys.

It was something vs. the boring in game, and i like it, because my mage is 10 in craft and its nice to craft tools4.

i think i only need 3-4 tries on a tool.
1 time i got it after the 1st try My mage is cool. Nice skills he has as a mage.
But more i like my dwarf to do all the quests, because he is much faster on all. Running, picking.
The worsest is my ogre on them all i helped him a bit with my mage acc

After all it was a nice time vs the boring and new quests are ALLWAYS good for me. I like doing quests.

I done the HollowKingdomMaps / Quests too with 2 accs. With my mage i am hanging on a bug since weeks.
To check if the bug is solved will take maybe 1-2 hours. Idk when i will check it.
I hope it get fixed becase if it not got fixed WE players cant continue the whole story of that HollowKingdomMap.
I still have posted that bug in the BugsSection "HollowKingdomBug"

Thanks for reporting us the locations of the ToolsQuestsNPCs.

If we try looking them on a testserver, i think it wont work if we not have done/unlocked the quests what are nneded before to enter there.

Yes you have to have "completed" Hobb's Gold Mine to get the Meteor Tools quests.
My error for not mentioning that.
I think it is just the "mine key" you need to get into the mine crafter.

However the test server can help again:
Take all keys and just outside the door drop one key, try the door.
- if you can get in, pick up the key and drop another
- repeat until you CANNOT get in.
- the key you need to pick up is the key you need to carry to get in, leave the rest at home.

I have completed the quests for the pickaxe, rod, and axe, but the meteor hammer quest seems to be bugged. I fond the monk-like NPC in Ardesia inside one of the blue/black buildings, and he has a "?" above his head, but when I talk to him, I get a message saying "I am learning how to craft. Please come back later." I have tried returning multiple times, and the message doesn't change. Am I talking to the wrong NPC, or is there some prerequisite for the hammer quests that I don't know about?

Stand next to the NPC and use the /pos command. If it matches the one shown in this forum post then you have correct NPC for the meteor hammer.

I am at map 424.424, pos 59.144, so I am definitely at the right NPC. He still tells me to come back later.

Have you completed the Prisoner of Ardesia quest (the one where you need to give ruby items)?

You will have this in your quest log if so:

Quest: 9272, 9834 – Freed Prisoner – Scroll (NOT COMPLETED though you can get the quest)
Location: Map 2, -4 – Prison
Needed Level: 400
Needed Quest: 9271
Quest Log: Keep the scroll to help defeat Sebastius

I honestly don't remember. It's not in my quest logs, so guess it's time to run around Ardesia to see if I can find an NPC I haven't talked to yet. I assume there's no secret way to check what quests I've completed already that I don't know about to circumvent my faulty memory?
