I think you hit a key point there SK: Respect.
There is lack of respect, for the Rules, and the GM's.

Good morning, everyone. MadManiac here.
Every time I read this thread, I see players try to argue that a player from a clan can't make a good GM. They're wrong.
10 years ago, I applied to and joined the GM team. I joined, and barely lasted 4 months before messing up spectacularly. Prior to joining GM, I'd never played in clans. Yes, GM was my first clan. No, it didn't end well.
Let's not talk only about my failures, though. I'm not the best example we have. Let's discuss other people, t
Sincerely,
MadManiac
PS:
Leone, regarded as one of the best helpers here on forum, who would probably get GM in seconds if he'd just apply (lol), was also a clan mate of Ryaca and Akkilles before. Food for thought.
No one is born a manager, and no one is immune to making mistakes. I only wish for you to stand firm and rectify your errors. When you become a manager, stay the course and persevere; if you make a mistake, set it right. Why walk away from the game—or the management role? Stay, and prove that becoming a manager was the right choice.
