Black screen disconnect bug

only times I've ever had it (maybe 50ish or so) have been when I've done something on my phone... either swipe to check the time, or something similar to that

The previously described bug is a sudden thing, and you come back to the game immediately. It also seems device related. When I changed devices on my emulator, I no longer experienced it. (Took me a few tries).

And if you are under attack and this bug happens you will be held also in the game for 11 seconds. It's terrible wheb it happens in a pvp or even in pvm

Since changing the IP/route via VPN on Wi-Fi did not bypass the black screen, but Mobile Data works instantly, the issue is identified as a server-side authentication error ("Ghost Session / Black Screen Disconnect Bug") on the game provider's end.

When the game crashed mid-combat, the game server failed to close the Wi-Fi-associated session properly. The server's security protocol is now continuously blocking or dropping new authentication attempts originating from that specific Wi-Fi connection/network signature. Mobile Data bypasses this because it routes through an entirely different gateway and cellular architecture, prompting the server to treat it as a completely fresh request.

Resolution Outlook:
- The daily automatic server restart performed by the game provider resets all active connections, flushes the IP/routing cache, and terminates hung ghost sessions. This is highly expected to fix the Wi-Fi black screen issue.
- If the issue persists after the server restart, the game provider's support team (Game Masters) needs to be contacted via the official forum to manually reset the character session or routing port.

I solved that problem at 1st with an HOT-SPOT via mobile. That works with my phone and tablet. On PC i dont know. That way i will play a while until server-system-restart and take a look game will work with Wifi again or not
