I agree with this solution, or anything that would hinder non-clanned players from abusing in this way.

Chest Respawn (Global Chests)
There should be More Chests and Different Keys to open them.
Most keys should vanish after use.
Chest should have about 20 items in them
Once Opened, 1 item will come out of Chest, Per Open.
Items will set as
Common 65% Chance
Uncommon 25% Chance
Rare 10% Chance
Chest Re-spawn Times should be Coded as
Per Acct: 1 hr ( per acct is when a player opens a chest and Next be the same acct to reopen the chest )
or
Global: 30 mins ( Global is when another player clicks on chest after it was open therefore reducing the timer on the chest. )
You can make some Chest 12hr and 24hr, for more rarities
You can also readjust the Rarity coding... to control what comes out of the chest and how often such as:
Common 90% Chance
Uncommon 9% Chance
Rare 1% Chance
All online Multi Players games have re-spawning chests for global play.

OUTLAW needs changing (this has been said before)
I know this has been said before but the thread has been deleted due to it being old
This has become more of a problem due to the new mechanics
you used to be able to ignore lower levels attacking you as you regen and didnt die
now you have to retaliate or you will die and lose your items!!
only the initiator of the attack should become an outlaw not someone defending themselves
I have a situation where a lower level is deliberately provoking me into retaliation in order to get me outlawed allowing his higher level friends to kill me.
I have spent 60 million on items in 2 days and don't want to lose it all because someone thinks he owns a section of the map with his alts and doesn't like anyone else intruding on his space
Surely this is an easy fix and i can't see why anyone would object to it!! come on secular i know you will have a reason not to do it

I'm with you... In fact I still say there should be no pvp outside clan. Check out "clan improvement" thread and comment there to help it gain attention again (it seems to be forgotten since this last update)

Same here, I am continually harassed by lower levels ganging up and equals who want my gear and don't have enough honor to try and fight one on one or fairly for it. I don't play the game for PvP. I don't join clans. But at the rate of killing off attackers is going, all the good players will soon be outlawed. West Ham, I love your idea, but the only one who will object are those who stand to gain from getting you outlawed. Sadly.

I'll bet all the low levels who might object would think twice if we just dropped the level restrictions!
