custom color tone

Would it be hard to have color tones on a character instead of changingin whole skin.ex..my mage is white but i want a smokey shade.it would make ft more colorful and brighten players mood too.

Would love to see this I believe it should be clans only though, leader chooses a color and whatever clan u join everyone gets that color
