i agree with jive....i think too many people complain about people who just wanna spend an honest day killing people.
they should just lighten up a little and see the world through our eyes

Interesting idea: to be outlawed automatically brings down the walking speed to maybe 6? (ogre speed, the lower one).
Guilt is a heavy load.

I like Unit suggestion, their HP should be brought down to 100 points during their outlaw period. Or they should be exiled and banned from entering famous maps.

Only a suggestion. Actually, the outlaws simply can be atacked by everybody without increase your own outlaw counter. Thats all.
For low and medium levels, this is a real punishment, but for highter ones, this is uneffective.

Yes, you are right. Since I can't attack higher level outlaws, I don't attack low and medium level outlaws, seems unfair and unjust to me. There should be some dreadful punishment for higher levels as well.
