So someone can scam sumwun by sayin there gonna trade accs and steal it, and get away wiv it!?

that's exactly why mods say do not trade accounts do not share passwords!! you can be too easily took advantage of. Very well said Cleo... let me add this -- we recommend so strongly that you do not give your password to anybody that we actually made it against the rules! (see here: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=2560 ) There really is nothing more we can do about it -- also keep in mind, when you complain that somebody stole your account after you gave him/her your password, you are actually saying, "hey, i broke the rules."
I should also add that the "thief" might possibly be punished under certain circumstances, but you will not be receiving your account back after you give it away

I agree -- I'd love for the liar to be punished very severely every time to be honest
