if it would be allowed :\

the game is running on android and is in google market. google only allows the google wallet feature. so you could search for possibilities to get google wallet vouchers. that should be possible with paypal for example.

Googlewallet is not available in thailand. Vouches only in usa. Even wallet is officially only in us. Look at description in play store.
Google allows paypall since last. Year.
Creditcard also allowedgoogle service tells me.
Hhere in thailand play store apps are paid throigh service billing and deducted from ur prepaid telwphone.
