On accident resented my stats again and ended up at lvl 99 and my gear is all of lol I was like :/

I think what he means is, he reset his stats, lost a level, and can no longer equip his level 100 gear..

I did this once, when I first started. I wasn't level 100, but level 50 I think, and I was quite bummed. Level 100 would be far worse, much more xp to get. Best of luck to you
