Suggested command: /refresh

Suggestion: add a /refresh command.

What it does: reloads the map as it is.. dumps current memory etc. Similar effect to changing maps, or using a city entrance (teleport).

Why: Quick fix of some lag induced problems, such as the "stuck in bottom left corner" bug.. Also would prevent the full memory bug if used regularly. (The corner bug is fairly common, the memory bug is limited to lower end devices I think)

EDIT: easiest implement would be a teleport command to current pos. To prevent abuse, it should fall under same limitations of logging out during pvp.
