You buy ICE PLATE and give it to ANY player 50-75 level around!
After you finished it,you must name 3 players and they will do the same or pay 5 levels ingame ;)
Ok,i just did it and name 3 people ITS:
MIKE
DOOM
Q(CLEOPATRA)

There's no specified time limit, so thats good I guess.

One issue... not everyone can buy levels.
