About changepass and possible abuses

Due to several problems changing your password, we report that:

1- The command to change the password is:
/changepass old_pass new_pass
Please note that there is not any blank space between the "/" and "changepass". One blank space between "/changepass" and "old_pass". One blank space between "old_pass" and "new_pass".
Old_pass is your current password. New_pass is the new password that you want to put.

Example: Your current password is 1234 and you want the new password AnfT. The command line would be: /changepass 1234 AnfT

2- If it is writed incorrectly, the command line will appear in the chat and can reveal the password of your account. Because this, the staff recommend to carry out the change in an empty map. Never with other players nearby. If an error occurs and the command appears in the chat, another player could have seen, never disconnect immediately: choose new password and change it immediately.

3- We recommend not using the same password for all accounts: a mistake can mean a loss of all. Also do not use trivial passwords or easily deduced.

4- About players who take advantage of an error to steal other accounts: This behaviour is considerated as absolutely contrary to the rules of the game. Involves ruining the game experience of others. In addition, the player may have spent real money on buying levels or items. Therefore the staff team will act harshly in cases where a player acts in this unfair way.

5- If you are a victim of abuse because of an error in the changepass use, please report it inmediately by forum PM to any staff member. But please take care: false reports also receive penalty for forcing the staff to spend time doing checks. Therefore, be cautious.

i will explain the same thing but in a different way.

when you want to change your pasword. go to AN EMPTY MAP (try one of the pyramids perhaps)

if your current password is 'dog' and you want it to be 'cat' press the speech bubble and in one line of speech, type

/changepass dog cat

(it's really that simple)

there is no space between the forwardslash and changepass, and dont forget to put a space between each word after changepass.

it IS case sensitive. (if you dont know what that means i suggest you google it)

be sure there is no space before '/changepass'

if you get this wrong on a busy map, EVERYONE WILL KNOW YOUR PASSWORD BECAUSE IT WILL APPEAR IN PUBLIC CHAT. (sorry, but there is currently no way around this so make sure you FULLY UNDERSTAND how to do it.)

you will get a notification IF YOU GET IT RIGHT (assuming you're using an android, the notification is much like the one that you get that tells you when you're under attack)

it says
PASSWORD SUCCESSFULLY CHANGED

if you don't get this notification, and instead you see your writing where the public chat appears, DO NOT LOG OUT OF THAT CHARACTER UNTIL YOU HAVE CHANGED SUCCESFULLY. (and you get the notification)

as a side note, i would add that this has to be thought about carefully and quickly, because if you are changing the password of a level 10 account called johnjones1 and it is the same password as your level 1000 account called johnjones2 you had probably better log out quickly and sign into the level 1000 account before anyone else does as i know, i'd rather lose a level 10 account then a level 1000 account.

You can change your password from start game menu:
settings -> change password.
