read what I said again I anticipated you were going to target me. so I kept on targeting you until it's stuck meaning you were trying to target me at the same time. if you're quick and you do it just right it doesn't matter if you remove your target because I've already got one on you. if you like I can show you how it's done it prevents people from hit and run like you were doing. hopefully soon hit and run will be fixed

Just a clarification:

A level 150 can't normally target a level 100.

If the level 100 targets the level 150, the 150 can target the 100. The level 100 does not need to attack.

Something to think about when involved in harassment issues of this type.
