Quest bug?

After finishing praying monks and talking to sebastious I cannot turn in quests. Can accept them but not turn in.

Go to the red and blue braclet mage and he'll giv u lvl 100 shield

Yes I have mithril shield. But now I have supplies for town, cannot turn in. Destroyed 5siege weapons, cannot turn in. And strangely I went to use key in bandit tower and it said already done. Hadn't been there.

If you click on somebody's name, there is an option to send PM (private message) ... Thx unit, that was the exact right advice (except don't include compbatant in that list, instead say El Majo)

Ok, the bandit tower is showing done as one of your first completed quests, maybe you just forgot?

Siege weapon quest AND destroyed town quest are both showing started, but not completed... if you gather all the needed materials and they still won't work, let me know and I'll check again, but right now I can't do more because you don't currently have all the needed items

Yes I noticed that I had iron instead of steel ingots. But could not turn in siege parts when I had them and assure you nevee been in locked room of bandit tower.
