Skin bought but not received

I bought skins for my accs my archers got their skins but my mage Deatheater didn't get the ghost mage skin paid for and it took my money but didn't give my mage the skin

I have been told by several users (including staff) that sometimes, the skin purchase takes some time to go through.. from a couple hours up to a day.

If you don't have your skin by tomorrow, please contact Gandalf with your purchase confirmation.

If you do get your skin, please reply so.

For more information: the delay receiving purchased items/levels/skins is caused by Google services. Sometimes you receive your purchase instantly, but sometimes there is a delay that can reach 24 hours or more. If you dont receive your purchase after a day waiting, please send a forum PM to some admin with the date and approximate time of your purchase (FT time is the more helpful. You can write in your game chat the next command to find it: /time).
