I know that they attack with same rate.I just want faster attack

I've considered this myself (including slower attack rate for dwarf/ogre) and here's why:
damage 130 with speed 9 = 15,600 per minute (bow)
Damage 181 with speed 7 = 15,600 per minute. (Sword)
Damage 260 with speed 4 = 15,600 per minute.(axe)
So they're all the same, except the higher speed uses more hits to get there. This means the opponent armor protects them more against the high speed bow, and less against the low speed axe. I think this part is very good as it creates a bit more diversity.
HOWEVER, it gets very hard to balance when you start to consider player strength, so it would have to be done very, very carefully

Btw dont forget its lvl 150 weapon
