Can only move with joystick

I can only move by using the joystick. Happened when logged in, heaps of others had same problem. This makes game near impossible to play. Please help

Do you still have that problem? There was such bug which I fixed 1h ago.

now people are stuck at map with princess (right of spawn map) and at map.with.lions and oases.
only can move with joystick. archer map.is fine now

lasttry2 unstuck. but many others now on princess map are still stuck

I'm not stuck but all my accounts can only move by using the joystick. This makes the game near impossible (for me) to play. My alts Baboon and Balloon are same. Please help
