When we can plan them ahead, we usually create a post with details...problem is that most of us cannot commit with 100% certainty to a specific time, days in advance very often (and don't want to cancel one that's been announced) ... so best we can do is post in mini chat, and Facebook fans chat thread then go around to busy maps telling people .. (I'm working on learning admin access better so I could send a game wide announcement also) anyway, hope this helps explain the process a bit
