CANT LOG IN!!!!

I logged into this map and all looks good. I also checked error reports and there is nothing about it.
What is happening exactly when you try to login there? Any error message?

On this map is frequent that just crossing the border, your screen become on black and its impossible log in again (always black screen). Very unfrequently this happened too on 3.1.
But from another device, you can log in and move out the map. Usually, I do it to take out the stucked accounts.

What is the account name? With right spelling, please.
