I very like the idea of keeping NPC active, and doing that only AFTER their's quests are done.
I'd be happy to see more useful and interesting NPC interactions in the game, even for hi lvl players.
Fortune Teller - is the idea how the Witch NPC could behave after 2 quests are done.
Option One - Dark Past
"I see... your past is hidden in the darkness and covered with powerful magical fog. Bring me one Rare Fish and I'll tell you what happened".
once Rare Fish is provided, Witch shows you the list of your 5 latest PVP results, or other kind of PVP statistics.
Option Two - Hero Power
"Many powerful heroes visit my hut. But only one that brings the Rare Fish will know the truth about own power."
for the Rare Fish, Witch shows to player DMG statistics for current stats and equipment, e.g. DMG per minute or DMG per spell click.

Why only 5 latest? I'd rather see all of them, including adversary status (clan, outlaw or not) at the moment of fight and who initiated fighting.
