two bugs at clan map one of walls

First bug is when u out of clan and in other they still think u are at same clan and so u cant target walls of clan u out
Second bug is u cant build walls where u want(towers u can , but walls u cant)
Not sure if is bugs , if is fix it pls , if u didnt understand what i told tell
