Mage Gear

I see that there isn't any level 10- 20 gear for cloth wearing characters in any of the shops I go to anymore and all kinds of lvl 10-20 gear for all the other classes ..why? Is this a bug? Having lots of fun in the game I'm sure level 30 will come pretty fast still it would be nice to have some of the mage stuff back thanks.
