Need help getting account back

[Black Mesa]

This game has been working fine since I've had it. I noticed there was an update, so I moved my game from my SD card to my phone and tried to update, but my phone is too much of a p.o.s and doesn't have enough room fir the update. (I've been playing without the update that was released on Dec.22) when I started the game back up, it acted as if I was running it for the first time, so my log in info was no longer saved. I tried logging in, I know 100% what my username and password is, and it tells me my character does not exist... it was/is Black Mesa. How could me moving my game from my SD card, to my phone, and back to SD card completely delete my online account...? That makes no sense. What happened to my account and how do I get it back!? Do not try suggesting I update my game as I have already proven that is not the problem, nor is it possible for me to do. I've spent a lot of time and a lot of work... I don't want to lose it for nothing.

So logging in is stupid... usernames are case sensitive, but after you log in they all go lowercase. Meaning when I first log in, it's Black Mesa, afterwards it's saved as black mesa, but if I enter all lowercase myself, it's wrong... so I got back in.

Only to find out my skull sword went from lv13 to lv75... WTF???? NOW I HAVE NO WEAPON. THANKS. What the hell kind of update is that??????

u are now a rich char btw and there are better items ingame now.

It's stupid... I'm now forced to use a worse weapon. I already could hardly venture out because there are only monsters that give little exp or kill me in 1 hit. I'm the same level but with worse stats, also lost my boots, so now it'll just take even longer to level up and be able to go somewhere new, as if it wasn't taking long enough already...

existing players are xxxxx ed in many cases now.
its seems like another rush job geared at getting newplayers(=money).

u can buy stuff from shops with item update, there are now items every some level steps. not as before,where u had to wait for like 50lvls, tobe able to wear a better item.
