Cant connect to server

i cant connect, im new my account is jesustar, i cant connect to the server i do the login , but evry time black screen and couldn't connect to the server pls help me

The account name jesustar dont exist on server. You are sure of the spelling?

If your account is too low in level, the server automatically deletes the character after so long.
It happened to the original DavidIcke, (he got all the way to level 3 i think. )

i had that once. uninstall. redownload and reinstall helped me.
