Cant talk to cook

Finished quests 27(wolf meat),203(hermit talk),15(resa)
But cant talk to cook for letter.
I have quest "save boy who ate mushroom", did he gave it to me? How do i finish?

I didnt gave resa to martek. Where is he?

This is the quest with the boy and the cook. You have to kill vampire sword and take his blood to the boy in the mushroom forest. Probably you can't speak to the cook because of this. Resa has nothing to do with the cook.

I tried to talk to another cook in library map.
Btw already finished quest - not many xp

its a lv60 quest, cant give too much xp or they would jump to manylvls.
main quests cant be too highly capped or many could not complete it
