Age of the high priest book bug

So here's the deal. I was trying to do the book/symbol quest in the rpg. I retrieved the symbol no problem but when I got to the dungeon with the two portals and the wizards there was a green arrow on the bookshelf I tapped it and I could "read" the book but it did not appear for me to pick up. Which means I can not complete the quest!? I've reloaded earlier games/entered and exited the dungeon over and over with the same results. Is there anyway the developers can make this book bug go away by respawning it ,? I mean I still get a green arrow at the book case and the pink book is still on the shelf but no dialog box comes up and the book does not appear for me to pick up!? It's really frustrating!! Can anybody fix this error? I'm lvl 150 and have completed every possible quest. Also is the five house map pointless in the rpg??? I've killed the knights that attack when I'm pushed out
Of the door they don't drop anything!? I'm playing the most recent version of the RPG so do not reply with answers regarding the MMORPG

that sounds pretty strange. idk, if restarting device helped so far etc. -> please write me a PM and we discuss it. for sure, we can help there, if needed
