need quest help stolen book

i cannot not obtain stolen book i had placed in a clanbuilding that was destroyed and/or sold. this is for my ogre named yogre. I do know this is huge pain in the butt im reaching out to see if anything can be done for me to obtain this book. my ogre is in tower but of course book no there. please advise if anything can be done in order to complete this quest
