What I more specifically mean is, can I put a hit on some people? I don't PVP, I Pvm. But there's always the cowards who show up while I'm grinding and jump me with no mana.

It'd be simple really.

I'd pay you!

5-10m per kill with s/s
10-15m per kill with twitch feed or video
You get there gear, 2-5m bonus.
Rewards, you kill them 5+ times 10m bonus
You make them hate this game so bad they quite +50-100 lvls depending on how much work you did!

Ect ect ect. Levels or low or I'd pay more 150s mostly.

Great way to make cash!

this is allowed... to a point - - just keep in mind that continuously hunting down the same player for an extended amount of time will be considered "reducing game play" so bee careful with that... no hard, set rule on how much is too much, so use good judgement
