Quests and weapons

Ok first off let me state I've already looked at the item list multiple times as well as the quest log so don't bother telling me to refer to them.
My question is simply:
1. Where is the quest giver that starts you on the quest for the ghost gloves? (The reward is the "Double Sword" weapon)
2. Is there a post or somthing to tell me the LOCATION of quest givers.

hes on map under top left clan map. right side just below halfway up.

The quest guy of the ghost gloves quest (which by the way gives the lvl 55 claymore? Sword)
Is located on the map where the ghost archer spawns/where u can buy a fishing rod/where the teleport ends from the shop where u can buy pets.
Sry i dont know an answer to ur second question

Says its a lv 40 sword. And can you tell me map coordinates?
