After it was alreadz lvl 30 I think raw came and said BK cant build here so it got destroyed.

1 lost tower for raw.
Now why we had to sell another one ?
And to get back to my main point
Why THEIR CAMP IS JUST NEXT DOOR ? There was clearly enough space on the map anywhere else.

Thats what i also brought up my friend. It backs onto a few other clans places where they seemed to try to expand into. As stated a lot changes in two months as weve seen.

sry misunderstood. i thought u said u had to sell tower so link could have their castles.
the tower raw forced dino to sell was at the place links castles now apeared. i did that because dino destroyed a raw tower on the same map the day before and other bk had helped jony kill 2 other towers.
we all good again, dino and i never stopped being friended.
I actually wanted him to sell the other tower
IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH LINK OR THEIR NEW CASTLES.
the tower raw forced dino to sell was at the place links castles now apeared. i did that because dino destroyed a raw tower on the same map the day before and other bk had helped jony kill 2 other towers.
we all good again, dino and i never stopped being friended.

are u saying that havibg taken in the 2 months to make a decision u didnt know about hp being multiplied? and compbatant didnt know about giving theze castles?
If so there is a vry serious communication problem within law
I believe this is entirely unfair to say... I understand why it seems that way though, so I'll explain: first, I believe we communicate extremely well, especially considering we are all "volunteers", not paid staff - and we live in different countries in different time zones... now, more to the point, if you've ever worked on a large project consisting of many, many different issues, you will understand how it usually works... while you are working on one thing, you get an idea on how to solve a different issue... sometimes you implement a fast, easy fix on something that is lower priority, but sometimes you focus on bigger issue - - what in getting at is this: I would bet that compbatant himself didn't know for sure when he was increasing building strength until the day he did it (or maybe 1 day before)... he's got hundreds of issues, and we cannot expect him do give us an exact list of when things will happen... things don't work that way... I hope this helps

It helps to some degree and as its been said hindsight is always perfect. But simply knowing this is a probability. In the sense of the resource system and building hp. Im sure he didnt know the exact date that he was going to do these types of updates. But bringing into account that its a "will most likely happen" factor is always good.
This to a lot of people doesnt even looked to have happened.
I get that theres a lot to be done and im thankful the staff are volunteering. This isnt a stab at staff at all. Good and bad descisions are always made.
But with good and bad descisions always comes tweaks for the good and rectification of the bad. This one must be accidental to a degree, question now is, after all the rest have been answered. What will happen now? How is this going to be sorted for the best possible outcome?

i realise and often post about the volunteer aspect.
it doesnt change that it may be a communications problem.
Im not accusing. just pointing out a potential problem. like the players the law team inckuding compbatant is also developing and learning.
I am somewhat exoerienced in this field.
I worked as projects manager for multimillion projects employing several third parties for Unilever (one of worlds biggest multinationals) headoffice for 12 years. after that i was was one of the 8 head office communications managers for internal communications worldwide. my area of expertise their was IT and how it could facilitate better communications. I had to deal with different cultures,time zones, politics,etc
i had a huge budget which u dont have but there are a few simple things which can help improve internal communications.
first step is having centrally available information on what is being done/developed/fixed.
you may remember i suggested something like this for bug fixes too.added to by mods, visible by players.
new development lists should be internal though.
it can be simple lists who all law can see or later a database which can be much more complicated and can include much more.
I understand that there is a mod-forum. if so this would be the place to set something up fast.
im pretty sure kollex could help with this.
settibg up a simple system is however only part. people have to be convinced to actually enter the changes,etc in it. this is often hard. with a lot of time presure its easy to ignore. ' why bother, it has been fixed' . but with volunteers and timezones to consider, it will hugely help to prevent miscommunication resulting in big disasters.
(and i consider longterm players leaving in anger because they suspect favourism)) a disaster.
my experience in it and communications dates 6 years back. I got fed up with office politics. sold my house and emigrated to thailand, where my wife came from, to become a pig farmer. where im much poorer and happier:)

you seem more than qualified to understand how this all works, and that's great - to be honest, I'm sure we could (and will) improve aspects of our team... I'm equally sure that most people (yourself included) would be impressed at our level of communication and teamwork (again, we strive to improve when and how we can) ... anyway, I wasn't exaggerating when I said "hundreds" of changes /additions /improvements are "on the table" at any given time. additionally, with every change, there is the possibility of a bug /glitch that requires attention...
but I digress.... I didn't mean to change the direction of this thread, I simply find your accusation unfair and felt the need to comment - on that topic, I'd be happy for you to share any ideas you have on how we can improve our team by pm or on Facebook
