if you lost a level support

I lost a level after the crash, after the crash I thought to check everything, then when I do I'm 17 level s lower than I was when I last logged in. What I any to know is why 17 levels why not hydra reset my experience points, I also want my levels back. .... I saw the ideas, and general prblems, I know I'm unique, so I want to let you know I'm not just this weak players trying to level up. Ask everyone in the game.

1.5 hrs of game play have been deleted, because we need to use a backup after java crash.
17 levels seem strange;
- did you finish a quest? you can finish it again.
- did you buy levels? send me the purchase codes via PM, please.

I didn't but levels or finish any quest at the given time, but yeah 17 is strange, please help me gain them back, and sorry I didn't reply any sooner, I was bussy.
