if u mean this building, its bank.
you can store ur items there, like personal clan building!
cant be destroyed though

ye guards also near big walled cities

if outlaw attacking u can run to guard they will help you

The game become monde cool day by day

Player can't kill guards, and I have seen, they kill a monster in 0,23 sec.
