quest item lost

Hello,
I was doing the yellow crystal quest, click on it, but lost the connection and so the item.
Cant take it anymore because there isnt anymore, and cant cancel quest too.

What i can do?

Game character: Balin

Ask mod to give you another one
Contact one on forum or find in game(usually map 3.1)

that is strange, because logging out does not delete any items anymore!
but you can always talk to the moderators in the game about it

Maybe its bug?
Crystal isnt available to take again, but player didnt get it.

iv noticed dropped items stay for up to 30 seconds, other time disapear in a few seconds.
i suspect reason is lag, connection speed, etc
nobody has yet answered my question to how long they are supposed to stay on screen.

anyway. this might be what happened.

Compbatant awnsered in another post that the items stay on screen for 60 seconds.
