Is your IP static or dynamic? Try refreshing or changing your ip manually if connected via wifi, if through cellular phone then reboot your network data.

No, go into your interenet and proxy settings and manually change your IP address, afterward restart modem/router. Depending on your provider you might need to call them since some make it harder to change than others.
