Hi, I need help with getting the third guy from silverwoods for the quest any idea on how to get him?

The three kings escort quest?. Usually, he is into the city, sometimes near the road, sometimes near the entrance to the Silverwood dungeons.

Just try to haul the two kings you already have to their destination, then return and get the third king.

Right: you only can have two kings at once. Is not required escort the three Kings simultaneously. You can escort they one by one.
