i dont know, what you mean.
if someone installs the game via your link and new players are generated there, they are all linked to your character. means, if any of those or all reach level 30, you get +2 levels each. also, at every 30 levels later. so at lvl 60, 90, ... you get +2 levels each again.

Compbatant, when i click my link, a screen comes up on my phone asking what me which app i want to open the link with.

my options are my internet browser and google play app.
which one do i open with if i want the free levels?

Somebody else must click your link (and install game), not you
It is better to use google play app by this new player during game install.
